PTP Supervisor

The COE PTP Supervisor is responsible for providing Accounts Payable and Payroll support to the hotels that are supported by the Centre of Excellence (COE). The role reports to the COE PTP Team Lead.

What will I be doing?

Support the COE PTP Specialist with any Accounts Payable and Payroll related queriesFocus on effective communication between hotels and the COE PTP TeamControlling quality of work of the COE PTP SpecialistsAccounts Payable and Payroll process improvement projectsReview balance sheet reconciliations for Accounts Payable and Payroll accountsReview month end vendor ageing reports and ensure reports reconcile and balance against the general ledgerHelp coach the team in effective payment process and managing vendor accountsGuide the team during month end for accounts payable and payrollEnsure SOX compliance for Accounts Payable and payroll function and continuous training for team membersPerform any additional tasks as assigned to ensure effective operations of the SSC
