WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Working closely with business owners and payment third-party service provider to ensure consistency in payment on time.Proactivley monitoring supplier near dues to ensure timely processing and payments.Balance sheet review and monitor aged line itemsReview vendor advance payments and ensure timely settlementEnsure timely and smooth month end activities.Performing relevant monthly, quarterly, and annual controlsTreasury Management: undertake and oversee all daily treasury operationsCash flow management and ensure proper funding for all banking activitiesOversee and control Trade operations between Supplychain and banksFinancial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports on treasury operationsCollaboration: Work closely with various departments to oversee daily operations and ensure banking and regulatory compliance.Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for treasury and tax operations.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree of Finance/Accounting/Business ManagementPrevious experience in treasury or finance role is a plusFluent in EnglishMS office is a mustSAP knowledge is preferred.Has good communication and stakeholder management skills.Skills
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial systems and technology, including Excel.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide Forecast dataCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skillsCritical Thinking: Ability to Assess Current ways of working and detect improvements areasLeadership
