**Job summary** We are seeking a skilled PTG Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mobile development and will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that enhance our mobile applications driving our companys mission forward. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain mobile applications that align with company goals and user needs. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance. + Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate into projects. + Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experience. + Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. + Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. + Implement security measures to protect user data and privacy. + Test applications to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements. + Document development processes code changes and project updates. + Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of mobile development frameworks and languages. + Demonstrate experience with hybrid mobile application development. + Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications. + Show proficiency in debugging and optimizing mobile applications. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Be familiar with agile methodologies and development practices.
