Position Purpose:
Join our dedicated team at Trinity Health PACE as an OT/PT Aide, where you will play a vital non-clinical support role within the therapy department. Help us deliver compassionate, person-centered care to a frail and elderly population while supporting therapists and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Assist participants with therapy equipment, exercises, and hydrotherapy prep/cleanup
Maintain and organize therapy areas and equipment
Communicate with therapists regarding participant status and needs
Perform clerical duties, maintain inventory, and support a calm, warm environment
Attend trainings and follow all safety and ethical standards
Support disaster recovery plans and collaborate across departments
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience working with elderly/frail populations, or willingness to be trained
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, independence, and flexibility
