Also, this job requires viewing security cameras on TV monitors and dispatch employees/security to follow up on potential issues in the parking ramps. The job requires extensive knowledge of the parking system and excellent communication and customer service skills. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
