Job Description:
Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA is part of Beth- Israel Lahey Health and affiliated with UMass Chan Medical School. We are hiring a full-time Psychologist for the outpatient division of Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine to work in multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and Nurse Practitioners, and contribute to our training programs. We deliver outpatient care to patients and their families including assessment, consultation, individual and group short-term and long- term evidence-based psychotherapy. We provide academic appointment and encourage teaching, supervision and research.
What we're looking for:
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
Current Massachusetts Clinical Psychologist license.
Skilled in treating complex adult patients across the lifespan with a vast range of psychiatric diagnoses, using different theoretical orientations and treatment modalities (including but not limited to CBT, DBT, MI, Problem Solving Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy) . Proficiency in individual and group psychotherapy is required.
Experience in collaborative, multidisciplinary settings and excellent interpersonal skills
Commitment to program development, quality of care, and patient safety
