Join a well-established program at our Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities (CADD) providing direct patient care services at CADD. Outpatient position - Lancaster, PA - Monday-Friday days; excellent work-life balance Great career opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team with expertise in the treatment of social, emotional and behavioral issues affecting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID).Provides clinical consultation, education, and supervision to CADD team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.Offers case consultation and clinical guidance to WellSpan Health community providersParticipate actively in CADD's program development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Delivers clinical oversight and supervision to advanced practice providers, ensuring adherence to best practice and regulatory standards.Provides supervision of medical students and residents through participation in the WellSpan Health medical education program.

Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry or the American Osteopathic Board of Psychiatry.
