Amergis Staffing is currently seeking experienced and qualified Registered Nurses (RN) for a Psychiatric facility in the Butner, NC area. The details for these positions are as follows:
Position Description: The Psychiatric/Mental Health (PMH) Nurse, requires a wide range of nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise. PMH nurses promote well-being through prevention and education, in addition to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner and demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. The PMH nurse works in a variety of settings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities when applicable.
Position Details: Start Date: September 22nd, 2025 Hours/Week: 40 hours (36/48 may be considered) Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend Length of Contract: 13 weeks Orientation: Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 8am-4:30pm First 4 weeks of assignment *No requested time off, late arrivals, or call outs will be allowed during orientation as it mandatory to complete before starting work*
Available Shifts: 1st- 7a-3:30p, 40hrs 2nd- 3p-11:30p, 40hrs 3rd- 11p-7:30a, 40hrs *May consider 12hr shifts but 8’s are first preference*
