Job Summary and Responsibilities
Functions as a mentor and coach.Assists with preparation of unit schedules.Establishes daily work plans for team of employees.Schedules staff for attendance at and completion of mandatory education.Assists in communicating a shared vision, mission and values within the department.Facilitates ongoing problem solving that utilizes Department PI to achieve desired quality outcomes.
Job Requirements
Graduate of a RN nursing programCurrent RN licensure in the State of Nebraska or Iowa, license must be in the state of your residenceBasic Life Support is required upon hireBachelor degree in nursing preferredThree years of supervisory experience preferredWhere You'll Work
