**Job Summary and Responsibilities** + Functions as a mentor and coach. + Assists with preparation of unit schedules. + Establishes daily work plans for team of employees. + Schedules staff for attendance at and completion of mandatory education. + Assists in communicating a shared vision, mission and values within the department. + Facilitates ongoing problem solving that utilizes Department PI to achieve desired quality outcomes. **Job Requirements** + Graduate of a RN nursing program + Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska or Iowa, license must be in the state of your residence + Basic Life Support is required upon hire + Bachelor degree in nursing preferred + Three years of supervisory experience preferred **Where You'll Work** CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more.
