As a PSS Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving HR operational excellence through data, processes and people leadership. You will support management with reliable HR insights, ensure consistency across HR operations and help your team deliver a smooth and high-quality employee experience.
What you will do:Lead and support the PSS team in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring service quality and consistencyAct as a key partner to management by providing HR data, dashboards, and reports to support decision-makingMonitor, analyze, and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycleEnsure data accuracy, coherence, and integrity across HR systems and reportsProactively identify process gaps and propose practical, business-oriented solutionsProvide cross-functional HR support and guidance to stakeholders and internal clientsOversee and contribute to the deployment and maintenance of HR data quality standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of efficiency and collaborationWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Data & ProcessesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsLeadership skills with the ability to coordinate, support, and motivate a teamSolid understanding of HR systems, data quality principles, and reporting toolsExcellent communication skills in English and a proactive, solution-oriented attitudeThe Group invests more than €4 billion per year in Research & Development in key areas, particularly for critical environments, such as Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, quantum and cloud technologies.
