As a PSR Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day rehabilitative services within the PSR program, in accordance with state regulations. You’ll facilitate group activities, education sessions, and outings that promote socialization, life skills, and community integration. Working closely with the clinical team, you’ll help clients follow treatment plans, navigate challenges, and take steps toward recovery and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to ensure safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
Maintain conduct consistent with agency expectations and program philosophy
Ensure client adherence to program expectations, including curfews; report relevant behaviors
Facilitate PSR education sessions under supervision of the Clinical or PSR Supervisor
Support orientation, referrals, and maintain accurate program documentation
Plan and lead therapeutic groups, community outings, and skill-building activities
Serve as client advocate in support of treatment plan implementation
Attend staff meetings and actively participate in team planning
Serve as a positive role model for clients
Operate agency vehicles for client transport and business purposes
Demonstrate commitment to the mission and objectives of the organization
Perform other duties as assigned by Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, or leadership
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment history
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of case management and rehabilitation principles in mental health services
Understanding of program regulations and agency procedures
Familiarity with challenges faced by individuals with mental illness and community resources available
Awareness of treatment modalities, legal requirements, and court procedures related to mental health and substance use
Ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate client services
Strong communication skills for producing clear, concise documentation
