Your Role:
Primarily responsible for selling products or services by working with current customers and implementing marketing strategy. Works independently to maintain existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
Meet/exceed all established territory sales plans and expense plan goals and objectivesDevelop and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and hospitals including physicians, medical staff, pharmacies, etc.Maintain and provide periodic written and/or verbal communications as required by supervisor or the CompanyMake individual and group presentations (including scientific/technical details and product demonstrations) to keep customers informed on products’ new information or services, pricing, changes, etc.Implement marketing action plans and programs within territory to maximize sales opportunitiesCall on current and potential customersKeep records and reports on all activitiesProvide input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts for responsible territoryCo-ordinate with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programsStudy all updated scientific data and deliver key message to customers regularlyActive participate medical training and implement marketing activitiesReport market and customer information to manager properlyOther tasks assigned by your superior.
Who You Are:
Bachelor degree in pharmacy, biology related science is preferred.4-7 years of work experience Launching experience is preferred(especially lung cancer)Primarily responsible for selling products or services by working with customers and implementing marketing strategyWorks independently to maintain existing clients and develop new business opportunitiesResult orientationCustomer orientationCommunication with impactCollaboration & TeamworkChanging agility & learning agility
