What You'll Do

As an MDP Lifecycle Program Senior Manager, you will lead and support global MDP lifecycle activities, including recruiting efforts (lateral hiring), departures, and office transfers across more than 50 countries. You will manage day-to-day operations supporting over 250+ annual lifecycle requests, ensuring precise document preparation from initial drafting through final execution, along with comprehensive end-to-end tracking of all activities. This role requires a strong command of compensation and equity mechanics to develop cash flow estimates, as well as deep expertise in global MDP policies and incentive frameworks. You will also own critical business analytics and reporting to inform strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner closely with PSG and other functions—including C-suite support, Legal, and Global Accounting—to ensure alignment, accuracy, and compliance across all processes.

 

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MDP Lifecycle Execution & GovernanceLead end-to-end global MDP lifecycle activities (recruiting/lateral hiring, departures, office transfers) by applying global policies, financial mechanics, and local regulatory requirements with precision, consistency and discretionDeliver accurate compensation and equity calculations across salary, bonus, retirement and long-term incentive programs, including cash flow estimates and execution-ready documentation to senior stakeholdersOwn rigorous tracking and coordination of lifecycle requests, ensuring governance, compliance, and clear visibility into downstream impacts and risks across PSG and to other functionsPartner closely with stakeholders outside of PSG (C-suite support, Legal, Global Accounting) to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely execution across all processesDrive continuous improvement of lifecycle operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and risk managementIndependently manage competing priorities while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality

Strategic Analysis & Business Insight

Interpret enterprise-level policies and macro concepts to support strategic MDP initiatives and complex, ad hoc leadership requests, develop playbooks and “best practice guidance”Own compensation estimator tools, including inputs to the models, observation and analysis of the outputs, comparing to other sourcesProvide decision-quality analysis and reporting to inform senior stakeholder discussions and outcomesApply strong analytical judgment and attention to detail in high-stakes, C-suite–level scenariosClearly articulate methodologies, assumptions, and implications to senior, global audiences using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and digital analytics tools

What You'll Bring

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or other professional degree preferred A minimum of 8-10 years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a professional services firm. Fluency in MS suite, particularly strong excel skillsComfort working in environments with high judgment, regulatory sensitivity and senior stakeholder impactExperience driving improvements through digital transformations or operational changes.Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, ability to be flexible and to think strategically,Experience working with geographically distributed teams 

Who You'll Work With

Partner Services Group (PSG). PSG is an integral part of BCG’s Global Services function. Global Services (GS) consists of a varied range of functions providing corporate support of BCG's business and strategic priorities for example, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Risk, PSG and more. This diverse team of experts, operators, and specialists represent all levels from MDP to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries.

 

This role will be part of the PSG Analytics & MDP Support team and will work closely with the Compensation & Equity team and other PSG sub-functions. You will work with Roberto Sestito, Stef Steege, Laura McDonnell, Program Directors and the broader PSG team.  Depending on specific workstream, you will work closely with a subset of the team on a day-to-day basis and with exposure to Amy Glass and Ben Holden, as the MDP Co-Leads of PSG function.  You will also team with Agile systems teams and the product owner of Business Insights & Analytics.
