What You'll Do
As an MDP Analytics and Enablement Manager, you will lead a broad range of ad hoc analyses across the five components of the MDP incentive structure, with primary responsibility for analytics related to the Long-Term Capital Vehicle (LTCV) - a core element of MDP incentives - as well as BCG’s working capital. This role requires a strong technical understanding of the LTCV’s design, measurement, mechanics, and local considerations, alongside the broader Compensation and Equity incentive framework. You will own key business analytics and reporting that inform strategic decision-making, partnering closely with teams responsible for designing, analyzing, and delivering the MDP reward structure. You will develop and maintain dynamic financial and analytical models to support scenario analysis and forward-looking insights, ensuring that findings are clearly structured and communicated through concise, high-impact visualizations.
In this role, you will leverage strong analytical and process optimization capabilities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the Compensation and Equity function. You will use digital automation and data visualization tools to design and deploy scalable solutions that increase process efficiency, improve data aggregation and reporting, strengthen financial forecasting, and elevate MDP communications and MDP-facing analytics. Working in close partnership with PSG and Finance teams, you will ensure alignment, accuracy, and compliance across all compensation and equity processes. Key workstreams include automating communications and reminders for PDs and MDPs; developing automated reporting and analysis connected to data pipelines such as Data Factory; building and maintaining MDP-facing dashboards (including LTCV projectors, Capital Transaction Summary reports, and Loan Balance dashboards); and automating MDP Compensation and LTCV estimates.
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MDP Analysis
Apply deep expertise in local compensation models, global frameworks and macroeconomic factors to deliver regionally compliant, globally consistent analyses for ad hoc leadership requests, recognizing exceptional casesPartner with PSG Program Directors and subject-matter experts to ensure jurisdiction-specific considerations and implications are incorporated into robust financial models and analyses.Lead the delivery of accurate, execution-ready compensation and equity calculations across salary, bonus, retirement, and long-term incentive programs, including cash flow estimates and supporting senior-level materials, exercising strong analytical judgment while maintaining enterprise alignment in high-stakes scenarios.Aggregate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple enterprise systems to ensure clean, relevant, and reliable inputs, identifying anomalies and appropriately assessing outliers.Synthesize complex datasets into scalable models and decision-quality insights that inform senior stakeholder discussions and drive outcomes.Clearly communicate methodologies, assumptions, risks, and implications to senior, global audiences using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and digital analytics and visualization tools.
Process Automation Enablement
Identify, design, and implement automation and analytics solutions using firm-supported tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power Apps, Python, and SQL, in partnership with Product, BI&A, and Digital teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.Transform manual, high-risk, or repetitive activities into digitally enabled, well-controlled operations, driving improvements in efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and operational resilience.Design solutions that can be easily owned, operated, and reviewed by business team members with varying levels of digital expertise, ensuring long-term sustainability and adoption.Foster growth in digital capabilities across the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and practical guidance on the effective use of firm-supported tools.Participate in cross-functional working forums to surface operational challenges, align on priorities and capacity, and test, iterate, and refine solutions in close collaboration with end users.YOU’RE GOOD AT (COMPETENCIES)

Partner Services Group (PSG). PSG is an integral part of BCG’s Global Services function. Global Services (GS) consists of a varied range of functions providing corporate support of BCG's business and strategic priorities for example, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Risk, PSG and more. This diverse team of experts, operators, and specialists represent all levels from MDP to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries.
This role will be part of the PSG Analytics & MDP Support team and will work closely with the Compensation & Equity team and other PSG sub-functions. You will work with Roberto Sestito, Stef Steege, Program Directors and the broader PSG team. Depending on specific workstream, you will work closely with a subset of the team on a day-to-day basis and with exposure to Amy Glass and Ben Holden, as the MDP Co-Leads of PSG function. You will also team with Agile systems teams and the product owner of Business Insights & Analytics.
