**Responsibilities**
Create programs designed to foster external relationships with the hospital or healthcare facility.
+ Identify and help to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities.
+ Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business.
+ Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development including gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians and partner facilities.
+ Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and work to enhance the overall experience within the organization.
+ Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction.
+ Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Three years of proven business development or sales experience, specifically within the healthcare industry, preferred. Experience with medical imaging or diagnostic services, particularly within an outpatient setting, is highly preferred.
+ Knowledge of specific medical imaging modalities (e.g., MRI, CT, Ultrasound) preferred.
+ Existing network of contacts within the local outpatient healthcare community preferred.
+ Experience with healthcare marketing strategies preferred.
