The Provider Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the provider relations team and VP of Business development with coordination of team meetings, strategy sessions as well as service line alignment meetings.This role will ensure the team is resourced with collateral and marketing tools in coordination with the marketing managers and ensuring all MD profiles are up to date on the specialty areas.The coordinator will work closely with the managers to ensure data resources are up to date and provide PRM updates and reports as needed working collaboratively with the business development data analyst.In addition, they will support with presentations and training programs for the team for continued education (may be specific to specialty or region).The Provider Relations Coordinator supports the Provider Relations department in the day-to-day and operational tasks related to the onboarding, outreach strategies, and initial marketing needs of healthcare providers.This role ensures efficient communication and coordination between internal teams, external providers, and other stakeholders to maintain a high standard of collaboration.Primary duties and responsibilities:
