About the Role

Management of healthcare partnerships and maintain an active provider network to ensure consistent service delivery, onboarding and due diligence assessments and operational excellence.
Contribute to the division’s strategic, financial, and operational objectives through effective coordination and execution of ongoing business activities.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate & gather necessary information in order to assess TPA outpatient claims according to policy benefits. Ensure all claims documentation and procedures adhere to company and claims management requirements.Conduct audits on claims processed by TPA to ensure appropriate controls are in place and also support any internal or external audits for the team.Ensure efficient, prompt and fair resolution of escalated complaints. Identify patterns of complaints and address through strengthening of controls and training.Liaise with other operations teams on member data matters to ensure that the clients visit the panel clinics on cashless basis.Analyse and propose process or operational enhancements in order to improve efficiency.Conduct trainings for the medical providers on product features and benefits.Active management and oversight of the thrid party administrators and medical providers in ensuring they comply with the outsourcing requirements, meeting service delivery standards, data quality enrichment, active clinics management and achieving cost containment initiatives, performing annual audit and security assessments.Support Sales & Marketing teams in Intermediary and Client Management business discussions and service reviews including being a key stakeholder to lead the team to proactively manage new and existing scheme transitions and service resolution to ensure delivery of Client KPIs/SLAs including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance medical services and expand networks (within Singapore and regionally), to achieve our KPIs of VONB, OPAT, and ANP.Provide support in the management of medical costs, including collaboration with Healthcare, Life Operations and Group Office on healthcare projects to drive sustainable growth and profitability.Represent Corporate Solutions to review and collaborate with Operations, Claims, and other partners in relation to Integrated Healthcare Strategy and TPA data enrichment initiatives

Requirements:

Education – Diploma/DegreeExperience – min 8 years related industry experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication and organisational skills
