NTT Data is seeking a Provider Data Management Processor to join our team working remote. 100% remote Pay Rate $16.75/hr Responsibilities: + Analyzing and processing provider transactions in accordance with plan provisions. + Follow the policy and procedure which is defined by the customer. + Secure the PHI information. + Established working knowledge and application of a specialized technical skill. + Understand how work impacts results for their area. + Demonstrates knowledge of internal operations and develops relationships to facilitate workflow. + Knowledge of related regulations and standards. + Strong understanding of current processes and procedures and may identify opportunities for improvement. + Completes a wide range of tasks and assignments. + Projects and assignments are typically non-routine and variable in nature Requirements: + High school Diploma or equivalent. + 3+ years of experience in a Health care processing (Provider Data Management preferred, Claims or other Healthcare Payer/ Provider experience) where you had to apply business rules to varying fact situations and make appropriate decisions + 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that require you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, leverage internet search engines, and other web-based applications. Preferred Skills: Desirable - Experience in Provider data management and/ or Provider credentialing + Desirable - Experience in Cactus and Facets + Ability to type 40 WPM Required schedule for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm CST/EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
