We're seeking innovative builders who can revolutionize how Korean enterprises approach cloud technology through rapid prototyping and development. This unique position combines the speed and innovation of our PACE team with deep developer expertise, enabling our customers to accelerate their cloud journey through hands-on experimentation and implementation.

Key job responsibilities
Prototype Development & Innovation
- Lead rapid prototype development addressing specific Korean market needs
- Build full-stack solutions using multiple languages and frameworks
- Create production-rigor architectures that meet Korean enterprise requirements for scale, security, and compliance
- Utilize emerging technologies including AI/ML(GenAI), Analytics, and Data
Developer Enablement
- Create developer-focused content including sample code, tutorials, and reference architectures
- Conduct hands-on workshops and technical deep-dives
- Support and grow the Korean developer community through meetups, hackathons, and AWS events
- Build reusable assets that accelerate customer adoption
Customer Engagement
- Work directly with Korean enterprises to identify and solve their business challenges
- Present technical solutions to C-level executives and engineering teams
- Drive adoption of AWS services through proof-of-concept implementations
- Provide architectural guidance aligned with AWS best practices
Technical Leadership
- Contribute to AWS service roadmaps based on Korean market feedback
- Author technical content including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
- Present at AWS Summits and technical conferences
- Mentor team members and share knowledge across the AWS community
