Job Description

We are looking for a Prototype Specialist – Drilling Area
to strengthen our Prototype Department, the heart of innovation and experimentation within the company.

The ideal candidate is a professional with solid technical skills, a passion for precision mechanics, and the willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment where flexibility and teamwork make the difference.

You will be part of a team dedicated to prototyping and small-scale production, taking care of:

assembly and disassembly of tools, with measurement through presettingset-up of horizontal and vertical machining centersloading and unloading of parts from the viseinspection and replacement of worn toolsverification of tolerances using manual measuring instruments (e.g. bore gauge)accessory activities (deburring, brushing, washing, rolling)reworking on column drilling machineswith appropriate training: tool selection and CNC programming

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with:

proven experience in operating CNC machining centersknowledge of machining processes (drilling, milling, threading, boring, reaming)strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (views, sections, dimensional and geometric tolerances, surface finish)familiarity with tools, clamping systems, and measuring instruments (presetting)experience with CNC programming languages (Fanuc and/or Heidenhain)accuracy, autonomy, and strong teamwork skills
