Description We are currently seeking a Program Assistant to join our Head Start Program team, working onsite in the 90056 (Ladera Heights) area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting underserved communities, organized, and ready to make a meaningful impact. Position: Program Assistant – Head Start Location: Onsite | Ladera Heights, CA 90056 Pay Rate: Up to $20/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Key Responsibilities: + Provide administrative support to Head Start program staff and leadership + Assist with tracking child and family data in compliance with federal and state guidelines + Maintain organized documentation and filing systems (physical and electronic) + Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed + Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication with families and staff + Ensure timely data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information + Assist with classroom, center, and parent engagement logistics when needed + Help coordinate training sessions, events, and internal communications Requirements + High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred + Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus + Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
