Role Purpose:The Bill Pay Proposition Manager is a critical role within the team, you will help shape quarterly and annual plans and lead product development and innovation for new customer offerings.
You will be a customer champion and use, research, data and insights to develop compelling proposition concepts that customers will love. Working with our delivery and technology teams you will help build and deliver these propositions to the market. You will also work closely with our Go-To-Market and Brand teams to shape how our products are presented to customers. For this you will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, be highly structured in your approach & have a passion for working with and communicating with others.
You will work closely with our Digital and Brand Performance teams to shape how we present online to customers and to continue to grow the digital sales channel.
Working with our commercial team you will carry out performance reviews of our current/new offers and propositions to understand what is/isn’t working and where we can improve performance further.
Work with the Product Owner to assist in creating the vision for the short- and medium-term strategy for Bill Pay Mobile.
Using data, research and insights to understand the Mobile market and the needs and wants of our customers.
Responsible for proposition development, using your customer and market knowledge to build new propositions that will drive success for Vodafone.
Responsible for getting into the detail of product delivery, working with other teams to bring to life new customer offerings and position them to the market.
Diagnose performance issues as they arise and implement learnings in future activities &/or propositions.
You are a subject matter expert and are on hand for Bill Pay queries on Digital performance, CX, Legal and Reg.
Present to key stakeholders and demonstrating strong customer and commercial insight and an ability to inform and influence stakeholders to achieve the segment objectives.
Essential
Minimum 5 years marketing experience with a focus on proposition ideation, design & development.
Growth mindset, hungry to deliver innovative market changing propositions and marketing campaigns and ambition to win in competitive environment.
Experience in working in fast changing marketing environment, understanding the macro environment, competitor landscape and a deep understanding of customer segment needs.
Experience working cross functionally & delivering on time and under pressure
Education to a degree level or highly relevant compensating work experience; previous telecommunications / other services industry marketing experience advantageous.
Excellent communications & presentation skills (written & verbal).
Desirable
Previous experience in Telco Market.
Strong attention to detail, GTM planning and organisational skills.
Demonstratable through experience; ability to influence & steer.
Experience in marketing strategy, strong planning and implementation skills.
Previous Experience working to Agile Principles and Practises.
Strong skills across analysis, problem solving and attention to detail.
