Proposals Supervisor

MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Assist in the monitoring and proofreading of proposal requests (new business) and keep track and monitor accounts due for renewal to ensure the timely and accurate issuance of renewal proposals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify approved franchise accounts in PRMS to avoid conflicts among requesting officers or agents.
• Request annual renewal account lists from Unit Team Leaders for manual monitoring inclusion.
• Assign accounts to proposal makers in alignment with KPI targets.
• Review proposals and related documents prior to endorsement for signature by the Account Officer and Sales Director.
• Update the manual monitoring file to track proposal status for new and renewal accounts from receipt to release.
• Maintain accurate PRMS tagging for new and renewal accounts to reflect proposal status.
• Update PRMS and manual monitoring based on utilization analysis received from the BIG team.
• Organize analysis reports to support the preparation of Renewal Premium Forms.
• Sort and upload renewal files into designated records management folders for reference.
• Receive and files renewal recommendations in corresponding records management folders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum education / qualification / certification required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience required: At least 2-3 years of experience in proposal coordination. Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage.
• Technical skills:
o Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, tracking sheets).
o Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or proposal tracking systems.
o Familiarity with document management platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive).
o Ability to create and manage structured proposal documentation.
o Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Business skills:
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
o Effective written and verbal communication.
o Team-oriented with strong collaboration and delegation capabilities.
o Analytical mindset with problem-solving initiative.
