Proposals Specialist Advisor

+ Lead and oversee enterprise-level, highly complex pursuits, including multi-geography, multi-service line, and high-stakes strategic deals with C-level visibility.
+ Serve as a strategic advisor to executive sponsors, sales leadership, and pursuit teams, shaping pursuit strategy, win themes, and client engagement approaches.
+ Define and implement proposal governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, compliance standards, and client expectations.
+ Drive the development of persuasive, client-centric proposal responses that clearly articulate NTT DATA’s value proposition, competitive differentiators, and solution strategy.
+ Facilitate executive-level reviews and decision checkpoints, ensuring stakeholder alignment and readiness at each stage of the pursuit.
+ Lead the orchestration of cross-functional teams across Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Legal, HR, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration of inputs and messaging.
+ Guide the creation of high-impact orals and executive presentations, ensuring consistency in narrative, visual storytelling, and strategic positioning.
+ Anticipate and resolve complex challenges in proposal development, including resource constraints, compliance risks, and shifting client requirements.
+ Champion continuous improvement by identifying systemic gaps, leading proposal process enhancements, and contributing to enterprise-wide proposal transformation initiatives.
+ Curate and elevate the proposal content library by identifying strategic assets, success stories, and reusable content from marquee deals.
+ Mentor and coach junior, mid-level, and senior proposal professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across the proposal function.
+ Represent the proposal function in strategic forums, contributing to business development planning, sales enablement, and go-to-market initiatives.
