Role details:

 

Title / Designation: Proposals and Bid Manager Location: Delhi NCR, India

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Lead the end-to-end bid and proposal lifecycle for global pursuits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. Develop winning strategies, including storyboards, win themes, and customized messaging aligned with client requirements and business objectives. Collaborate closely with partners, pursuit leaders, SMEs, design, research, and pricing teams to produce high-quality, client-ready submissions. Ensure all proposals comply with client instructions, brand standards, and quality benchmarks. Manage the pursuit pipeline, track bid progress, and support reporting and documentation requirements. Conduct thorough quality reviews to ensure consistency, clarity, and competitive positioning. Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices, enhancing processes, and adopting industry-leading approaches. Stay updated on industry trends, the UK business environment, and RFP processes in both public and private sectors to strengthen proposal effectiveness.

 

Candidate requirements:

 

5–8 years of experience in proposal/bid management, preferably within professional services, Big Four, or Top Consulting GCC/GDS environments. Strong understanding of the UK market, proposal compliance norms, and RFP expectations. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and proposal automation tools. Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-location teams and operate across time zones.
