Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Technical Writer to join our Strategic Deal Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and technically accurate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other formal procurement documents. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, legal, product, and engineering teams to ensure our responses are aligned with client requirements and reflect our value proposition.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Write, edit, and format high-quality RFP responses that are accurate, persuasive, and aligned with brand and tone guidelines.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and client-friendly language.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify technical and business information.Maintain and update a centralized content library of reusable RFP content, including boilerplate answers, case studies, and technical documentation.Ensure compliance with RFP instructions, deadlines, and formatting requirements.Support continuous improvement of the RFP response process, including tools, templates, and workflows.Track and manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or RFP response development in a B2B or enterprise environment.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong understanding of technical concepts, preferably in [industry – e.g., SaaS, SD WAN, WAN Connectivity, Security, Voice].Proficiency with RFP management tools and collaboration platformsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
