**Job Description**
AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a professional construction Proposal Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.
The Proposal Specialist will work in collaboration with business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations, including expressions of interest (EOI), requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and pre-qualification efforts.
**Job Summary**
+ Coordinate the end-to-end process of proposal production with an emphasis on creative and accurate submissions. This will include leading kick-off meetings, organizing large teams, establishing writing assignments and internal deadlines, driving the process, keeping the team on schedule, helping with content development, proof-reading, editing and working with in-house graphic designers.
+ Interface with proposal team to help communicate our win strategy, define the scope of each section and determine the key issues to be addressed.
+ Coordinate preparation of all items for client interviews including PowerPoint presentations, leave behinds, videos and equipment.
+ Assist pursuit teams in interview preparation.
+ Attend client interviews as necessary.
+ Provide assistance and direction to graphic designers in the creation, design and production of graphics and videos.
+ Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with all company associates including the highest level executives.
+ Assist in the development of objectives and strategies in support of overall corporate marketing and business goals.
+ Extract, save and organize new or revised boilerplate information in SharePoint.
+ Update project and personnel information in Salesforce.
+ Organize and archive final files for future reference.
+ Enforce day-to-day implementation of corporate marketing and branding standards.
+ Continuously expand and update industry knowledge and hone skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ BA/BS Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related curriculum and 2 years of proposal experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ A strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.
+ Experience in the successful creation of RFQ/RFP submittals and supportive presentation materials.
+ Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
+ Ability to travel occasionally.
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, and work under deadline pressure.
+ Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and within a team.
+ Ability to exercise discretion with confidential/sensitive issues.
+ Experience in the A/E/C industry.
+ Strong understanding of industry-specific procurement processes.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator).
+ A working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Salesforce.

+ This position will require occassional travel.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $58380.81 to $102166.41.
