In this Proposal Manager \(Early\-Career\) role, you will be responsible for working as a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense \(THAAD\) Acquisition/Proposal Lead focusing primarily on future efforts/contracts and acquisition strategy and NBAE\. The main role of the THAAD New Business Team within the context of proposal development is to provide leadership, oversight, and acquisition strategy to the THAAD FMS, ACD, TPSC, Production, and future contracts\. This role will lead and support other Proposal Managers across the THAAD contracts to evolve program needs into a fully defined, on\-contract project with the U\.S\. Government\. This involves the entire acquisition life cycle from pre\-coordination with Government, developing Program Management Estimates \(PMEs\), Rough Orders of Magnitude \(ROMs\) and Proposals, and supporting negotiations with the customer and Subcontractors\. This Proposal Manager Asc \(Entry Level\) position requires close coordination of technical and schedule requirements with internal Lockheed Martin Subject Matter Experts\.
