Job Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional proposal teams through all stages of the proposal process—kickoff, development, QA reviews, approvals, submission, debriefs, and transition to Operations.Manage multiple complex bids simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.Analyze RFPs to assess opportunity fit, establish win themes, and mitigate risks.Develop and refine proposal content, including narratives, executive summaries, qualification materials, and corporate references.Ensure compliance and quality by adhering to standardized processes, escalating risks, and coordinating multiple QA reviews before submission.Conduct internal and external debriefs to capture lessons learned and improve future proposals.Support the SBD strategy by increasing organizational RFP awareness, training operational teams, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the IT staffing industry in an external-facing capacity (sales or business development).Strong understanding of private and public sector procurement supply chains (contracts, supply arrangements, MSP programs, vendor management tools).Hands-on experience responding to competitive client-issued RFPs.Post-secondary education in English, Technical Writing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.Government-issued Personal Security Clearance (PSC) at a minimum Reliability Status (Secret eligible).Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365, especially Word and Excel.Experience with Applicant Tracking and/or Content Management Systems.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (French an asset).Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with fluctuating workloads.Strong mentoring, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Adaptability and resilience during change; decisive and fair decision-making.Fast learner of complex processes and concepts.

 

Salary: $91,000-110,000
