In this key role, you’ll convert customer requirements, drawings, and technical specifications into accurate, competitive proposal for **Terminal projects** . Your sharp attention to detail will ensure that every assumption, exclusion, and deviation is clearly defined—setting our proposals for success. Collaboration is at the core of our work: you’ll engage closely with internal teams and external partners to help deliver projects that foster healthier, smarter, and more sustainable environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Complete Ownership of Proposal Estimation Submission – both technical and commercial offers, in standardized format as well as handling of all the Technical Clarifications required by customers. + Ensure and manage all standard and non-standard project requirements. This could also include 3rd party products. + Direct interaction with Internal stakeholders (Estimation team, Sales Teams, Sourcing, Engineering, Order Management, Factory) and externals (Direct and End Customers, Channel partners/ Distributors/ System Integrators/Original Equipment Manufacturers) + Manage assigned tasks effectively and efficiently in a team environment. + Support Sales Team with technical assessments, proposal development, online customers meetings, cost calculation etc. + Participating in continuous improvement of estimation tools and standards. + Follow required workflow and other processes within the team. + Ensure timely and high-quality handover of documentation after project award. + Participating in all team / company meetings. **REQUIREMENTS:** **1. Education Required:** + Bachelor’s degree – Preferred in Instrumentation **Engineering** , Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas, Technology (or equivalent knowledge / experience in the field) **2. Work Experience Required:** + 3 – 5 years of experience in Industrial sales/ sales support. + Proven experience in providing support to customers and end users across diverse industry sectors, while actively collaborating with OEMs and EPCs. + Familiarity with diverse cultural backgrounds and regional customer buying behaviors, offering a valuable advantage in navigating complex market dynamics. **3. Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required:** + Knowledge of Terminals market. + Knowledge of products and solutions in industrial automation – tank farms, loading/unloading ramps. + Knowledge of Field Instrumentation measurement principles - Level, Temperature, Pressure, Flow and other process instruments. + Understand the value proposition of Honeywell and all company has to offer. + Strong understanding of our customers’ business, including what drives them and how they make buying decisions. + Understanding of major competition and their product features and functionalities. + Microsoft Office tools. **4.
