AREA OVERVIEW

The IQVIA Technologies Proposals team, within AI and Technology Solutions (ATS), plays a pivotal role in the Sales process across the ATS Product Portfolio. Acting as the bridge between Sales and Operations, this role is in charge of developing and preparing RFI-RFP proposals for customers (Direct and CRO-Pull-through), to support all Clintech BD teams globally and increase the win rate for ATS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Interface for Pre-Award (CRM stages 1-4) requests.

Co-ordinate and lead responses to RFI questionnaires and RFPs received from customers, ensuring engagement and input from all key stakeholders. 

Ensure high-quality and professional documents and budgets are provided to our customers.

Ensure sufficient internal review of RFI responses, Proposals, Pricing to ensure they accurately reflect the request from the customer (avoiding overscoping and price inflation)

Liaise with ATS Strategic Pricing team for any strategic pricing requests (budget grids, rate cards, discounts) as necessary.

Ensure CRM is updated in a timely manner upon submission of RFI/Proposal to customer.

Ensure compliance with CRM BR process and provide support to team members, BDs as necessary.

Ensure all RFIs, Proposals, Price calculators are stored in Sharepoint in the correct format and naming convention.

Ensure any new RFI content is added to the Qvidian database in a timely manner for consideration for future RFIs.

Provide support and guidance to Contracts team, as necessary.

Perform all other duties, as assigned by the Leadership team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelors Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field

Minimum of 1-2 year's direct experience in Contracts, Finance, Proposals, Administration, industry specific operations experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge of Pharmaceutical / Contract Research & Development industry will be a plus

Knowledge of the Clinical Trial Process (Phases of Clinical Trials) will be a plus
