Key Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and production of high‑quality, compliant proposals and tenders
Oversee documentation quality, formatting, and adherence to brand standards
Manage and mentor the Bid Coordinator, fostering a high-performance culture
Review bid documentation, identify requirements and risks, and escalate as needed
Support content management systems for efficient reuse and consistency
Arrange compliant proposal lodgements and manage deadlines
Provide executive support to the Head of IFM (e.g., travel, expenses, document execution)
Collaborate with internal SMEs, operational teams, and external partners
Uphold C&W values and ensure safe work practices
Provide bid support during peak periods, including extended hours when required
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Demonstrated experience in bid or proposal coordination
Strong project management, time management, and organisational skills
Experience leading or mentoring team members
High attention to detail and expertise in document formatting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency across MS Office (Adobe Suite desirable)
Understanding of benefits‑based selling
Ability to uphold a customer‑first, solutions-driven mindset
Eligibility Requirements
Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position
