Sodexo is seeking a new Proposal Content Manager who will drive strategic storytelling and scalable content systems to elevate proposal development and digital asset management. This role partners across sales, marketing, and technical teams to translate complex capabilities into compelling client narratives. You’ll lead the creation of modular templates, enforce content governance, and manage a robust content library that supports brand consistency and proposal velocity. With a strong focus on AI enablement, metadata strategy, and performance analytics, you’ll optimize workflows and ensure content is accessible, compliant, and aligned with business goals. This role blends creativity, technical expertise, and operational rigor to deliver high-impact content solutions. Fully remote.

What You'll Do Design and maintain modular, brand-consistent templates that enable scalable customization across proposals and client communications.Build and govern a searchable, compliant B2B content library with metadata, taxonomy, and workflow standards to support proposal velocity.Serve as the primary liaison for content usage, training, and best practices, ensuring consistent metadata and asset contribution across teams. Drive AI-enabled content optimization and automated workflows to accelerate proposal development and improve output quality.Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management, including RFP analysis, SME engagement, asset archiving, and process improvement initiatives.Conduct performance audits and reporting to identify high-value content, retire outdated assets, and guide new content creation. What You Bring 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a DAM librarian role with hands-on metadata coordination and digital asset governance.Expertise in metadata standards, taxonomy design, asset classification, and records management, with strong familiarity in licensing and media usage rights.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office Suite, and DAM technologies, with working knowledge of SEO and various file formats (print, digital, video).Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet 100% of external deadlines.Demonstrated success in designing tagging systems, cataloging strategies, and scalable content discovery frameworks.Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills in fast-paced environments.
