What this opportunity involves: 

 

Join one of Australia's highest performing Industrial Funds as a Property Services Manager, overseeing a dynamic portfolio of 13 Victorian assets plus an additional 2 assets across Western Australia. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a fund that maintains high-level returns to investors whilst pursuing strategic growth through acquisition, market-leading sustainability initiatives, and capital investments.

 

The portfolio comprises a diverse range of triple net leases, passive investments, and new acquisitions, with numerous expansion and redevelopment projects on the horizon

 

 

An overview of the role:  

 

·       Facilities Management Excellence: Ensure optimum facilities management services are delivered efficiently and effectively across the portfolio

·       Compliance & Certification: Maintain full compliance with statutory authorities, obtain essential service certifications, and prepare annual Fire Safety Statements

·       Maintenance & Risk Management: Conduct regular asset inspections, coordinate specialist contractors, and manage planned preventative maintenance systems

·       Sustainability Leadership: Drive environmental performance improvements, achieve sustainability KPIs, and manage approved sustainability projects

·       Budget Management: Prepare annual operations and capital works budgets, monitor quarterly updates, and forecast future projects

·       Team Development: Manage, mentor, and develop the Property Services Administrator

·       Technology Implementation: Utilise and promote technology-based systems including Evolution, Acumen, Enablon, and Footprint platforms

·       Strong understanding of base building facilities management

·       Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritise within tight deadlines

·       Excellent customer service skills with ability to manage tenant expectations

·       Strong communication skills across all organisational levels

·       Full driving licence and own vehicle

·       Exceptional organisational and administrative capabilities

·       Tertiary qualifications (Trade Certificate with facilities experience also favourably considered)

·       Experience with sustainability programs and environmental initiatives

·       Knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices
