What this job involves:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Services Administrator to join our team based in Parramatta!

You’ll be a crucial part of the team in coordinating the day-to-day operations of a prestigious industrial portfolio, which is situated on the account of our multi-national construction and real estate client who we have a longstanding, successful partnership with.

A snapshot of the role:

Administrative responsibility over the portfolio with regards to contractor arrangement, queries, invoicing, raising work ordersEnsure compliance with all relevant statutory authoritiesConducting effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required to be carried out within the properties.Be actively involved in the development and maintenance of a property due diligence programs including reporting any works required to the relevant team members.Coordinate specialist contractors to ensure they comply with their contract terms and conditions and nominated scope of works.Travel to client sites within Sydney Metropolitan, mainly across Western/South Western Sydney

A strong administrator who is willing to learn! Facilities experience is not necessaryExcellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlinesHigh degree of customer service ethicProficient user of MS Office programsNSW drivers’ licence and your own vehicle as you will be travelling between sites for part of your week
