Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse property portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance, lease compliance and high-quality property management outcomes.

This role is ideal for a property professional who enjoys managing complex portfolios, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and delivering strong operational and financial performance across assets.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Portfolio & Property Management

Manage property management activities across a client property portfolio

Review and approve monthly rent rolls, expenditure and revenue reporting

Monitor arrears management, reconciliations and debtor reporting

Deliver monthly property management and performance reports to clients

Partner with Finance teams on annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning

Lease & Transaction Management

Manage lease administration including renewals, new leases and terminations

Work with solicitors on lease documentation and execution

Support tenant onboarding, revenue recharges and lease compliance processes

Liaise with transaction teams to ensure accurate lease abstraction and data management

Financial & Compliance Oversight

Review invoices, utilities and sundry expenses ensuring lease compliance

Oversee CPI and fixed rent increases across the portfolio

Conduct compliance and insurance certificate quality reviews

Manage year-end reconciliations and work with auditors where required

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience in property or lease management

Strong understanding of property management systems and reporting tools

Experience managing lease documentation and lease administration

Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze property performance

Excellent stakeholder management and client service skills

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Business or Finance

Real Estate Agent’s License (preferred)
