Property Operations Coordinator - Washington Hilton

Washington Hilton is looking to welcome a Property Operations Coordinator to join the team! 

The Washington Hilton, which has 1,107 rooms is located less than 2 miles away from The White House and National Mall. Our 10+ team members report to the Director of Property Operations. 

The ideal candidate holds 2+ years experience in a administrative role and prior hotel experience a plus!

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (8/8:30am-4/4:30pm)

Pay Rate: $31.62 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Property Operations Coordinator, the responsibilities would be to perform administrative duties limited to and including:

Coordination of maintenance and warranty requestsRecording and tracking maintenance needsTyping and filingAnswering telephones, taking messagesAssisting with payroll and purchasing. Responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests and other general office duties.
