Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a Property Operations Associate to join their team! This role involves providing comprehensive operational support across multiple properties, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring optimal asset performance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience.

Position Details:

Location: Boston, MA Work Model: Hybrid Degree: Not required Responsibilities include conducting regular property inspections and building system monitoring; coordinating with vendors and ensuring contract compliance; managing tenant maintenance obligations and lease compliance activities; responding to emergency situations and off-hours events; performing minor repairs including painting, electrical work, and common area maintenance; collaborating with cross-functional teams from Construction and Leasing; extensive local travel between assigned properties throughout the week. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, general construction knowledge and ability to read blueprints, problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset, physical capability to lift 50+ pounds, valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
