The team is currently seeking a Property Operations Coordinator who will support the overall functionality, organization, and efficiency of the hotel.

 

Ideal candidates for this role will possess the following experience/skills:

A minimum of 1 year of administrative and/or office support experience. 

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as strong computer skills. 

Previous customer service and/or hotel operations experience.

Previous knowledge of Birch Street Supplier system is a PLUS! 

 

Classification: Full-Time

Pay Range: $26.64 - $30.00 per hour based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

 

What will I be doing?

As a Property Operations Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Greet and assist guests/ team members and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerPerform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictationAnswer telephonesExpedite correspondenceMake travel arrangementsPerform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as neededAssist in coordination of work within department and other business schedulesCoordinate work assignments on repair and maintenance of equipment, furniture, etc.
