ANZ Property Marketing Associate

 

The ANZ Property Marketing Associate works with the ANZ Property Marketing team and wider ANZ Marketing team to support the marketing activities associated with helping clients buy, sell, manage, and lease commercial real estate assets.

This exciting opportunity requires someone with strong administrative experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing proactive thinking, exceptional organisation, and a positive attitude as a key team member. The role involves taking ownership of diverse responsibilities while providing high-level support that directly impacts both team and business success.

 

The ideal candidate has an acute eye for detail and can manage multiple projects and priorities. This person will primarily spend their time:

 

Supporting the Property Marketing Manager on managing agency and supplier relationshipsInfluencing and working with the Business Support network to ensure exemplary execution of property marketing campaignsCoordinating training and product presentation sessions with Business Support and the wider Markets Advisory and Capital Markets teamsTroubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to improve campaignsWorking with internal/external design teams to ensure brand compliance and integration of creative into campaignsEnsuring property marketing materials are up to date and organised appropriately across all JLL and third-party platformsOperating in-house camera equipment to photograph and video key leaders in the businessSupporting on wider Marketing initiatives as required

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the Business Support network to ensure all in-team executions reflect marketing best practiceOwn all property marketing materials including training material, playbooks, toolkits and marketing platformsWork with the Property Marketing Manager to manage ongoing relationships with agencies and suppliersCapturing video and photography to support Marketing effortsEnsure marketing efforts are aligned with JLL best practicesCoordinate email content to the agency businessesBuild and maintain internal stakeholder relationshipsMaintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams.Help with ideation, coordination and execution of property marketing campaignsOffer support with wider Marketing initiatives as needed and as time allowsCapture video and photography to support Marketing effortsSupport in agency and supplier relationships

 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience preferredMinimum of 1 year in marketing and/or business development role or commensurate intern experience – a fast-paced work environment preferred
