Strategic Financial Management: Drive property performance through effective budget management and quarterly expenditure reviews

Operational Excellence: Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs using our sophisticated purchase order and approval systems

Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with tenants and provide exceptional service delivery

Commercial Expertise: Lead contractor negotiations, service contract tendering, and cost optimization initiatives

Innovation Leadership: Champion Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives and sustainability programs

Risk Management: Implement robust Health & Safety protocols and manage insurance requirements

Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive property condition reports and insights to clients and senior leadership

What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements:

Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years' commercial property management experience

Professional Qualification: Property or Facility Management certification
