Description We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager for our client based in Fairfax, Virginia. You’ll manage all facets of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance and team supervision and you will be working at a community association This position is onsite with an immediate start date. You will not need to work with the board on budget approval and will be working Monday to Friday. Responsibilities + Lead daily property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance + Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships + Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and lease terms + Working with multiple vendors + Handling community service projects + Prior project coordination experience + Supports events and community functions + Working at a community association + Conducts research + Supports accounting and bid process for proposals of projects + Great with multitasking + Respond promptly to emergencies and supervise repair activities Requirements Minimum 3+ years of property manager experience within a property management company Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
