Description We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager for our client based in Fairfax, Virginia. You’ll manage all facets of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, budgets, and team supervision. This position is onsite with an immediate start date. Responsibilities Lead daily property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and lease terms Working with multiple vendors Handling community service projects Prior project coordination experience Supports events and community functions Conducts research Supports accounting and bid process for proposals of projects Great with multitasking Budget preparation experience Respond promptly to emergencies and supervise repair activities Requirements Minimum 3+years of experience as a full‑charge property manager Proven experience with leasing, budgeting, and financial oversight Strong leadership and vendor management abilities Real estate license or CPM designation is a plus Proficiency in management platforms like Yardi or AppFolio Looking for someone that has been in property management but wants a change working with a community association Experience handling maintenance coordination of all things happening in the community association Prior experience handling community service projects Prior project coordination experience Excellent Microsoft Office suite and tech savvy Knowledge supporting events and community functions Research experience is needed Supports accounting and bid process for proposals of projects Great with multitasking Experience with budget preparation Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Prior experience supervising is a plus Great written and grammar skills Must have your own transportation.
