What You’ll Do:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartmentsDeliver outstanding customer service to rental enquiriesConduct routine, entry, exit, and open home inspectionsBuild strong tenant relationships with clear, effective communicationSupport leasing processes and property handoversCoordinate maintenance and liaise with reliable tradesUse Console Cloud to streamline property management

QualificationsCurrent QLD Property Management RegistrationClass 2 licence (or willingness to obtain Class 1)2+ years of Property Management experienceA relationship-driven communicator with strong time managementIn-depth knowledge of property legislation and best practicesProactive, independent and team-orientedAvailability for limited Saturday work (only when required)
