Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our tight-knit, growing team at MINT Residential. Based in our vibrant Brisbane CBD office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that’s backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group. 

This newly created position will see you managing a boutique portfolio of properties—giving you the perfect balance of challenge and control, without the overwhelm. This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued, and your career can thrive, with very limited Saturday work required!

Key Responsibilities Include: 

Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer serviceConduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as requiredCommunicate effectively with tenantsDraft and support in the administration of leasing and property handoversAddress maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeopleUtilise the console cloud program for effective property management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

A current Property Management RegistrationMinimum 2 years Property Management experienceExceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholdersSolid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirementsExcellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as requiredPositive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomouslyAvailability to work Saturdays when required (limited)
