We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our tight-knit, high-performing team at MINT Residential.

Based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that’s backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group. You'll manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 200 properties—giving you the perfect balance of challenge and control, without the overwhelm.

Key Responsibilities include: 

Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer serviceConduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as requiredCommunicate effectively with tenantsDraft and support in the administration of leasing and property handoversAddress maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeopleUtilise the console cloud program for effective property management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

A current Property Management RegistrationHold a Class 1 licence, or be willing to obtainMinimum 2 years Property Management experienceExceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholdersSolid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirementsExcellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as requiredPositive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomouslyAvailability to work Saturdays when required (limited)
