Property Manager Key Responsibilities: + Process Improvement & Optimization: Analyze current property management processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improved workflows to enhance operations and tenant satisfaction. + Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with tenants by effectively addressing concerns, proactively resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction through excellent communication and service. + Lease Administration: Oversee all aspects of lease agreements, including negotiating terms, tracking renewals, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. + Facilities Oversight: Drive improvements in facilities operations by managing maintenance schedules, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring safe and efficient property conditions for tenants. + Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to align property management practices with broader business goals and deliver measurable results in operational excellence. + Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure properties adhere to all local and federal regulations, minimizing risks and maintaining a safe environment for tenants. For immediate consideration call Jimmy Tunney at 517-657-8054 Requirements + Proven experience as a Property Manager or related role, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement creative solutions. + Expertise in tenant relations, lease administration, and facilities oversight. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to streamline workflows for better efficiency. + Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster collaborative relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. + Knowledge of property management systems or software; familiarity with industry best practices and regulations is preferred. + Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Real Estate License, or similar designation is a plus.
