Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager with a strong background in affordable housing to join our East Bay client. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to affordable housing initiatives while managing daily property operations effectively and efficiently. The Property Manager will oversee the operations, financial performance, and resident relations for a portfolio of affordable housing units. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in affordable housing programs such as LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), HUD, or other government-funded housing programs. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Requirements + Proven experience as a Property Manager (3+ years preferred), with specific experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, etc.). + Strong understanding and compliance knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations. + Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar systems). + Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Financial management capabilities, including budgeting and reporting.
