**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Property Management Coordinator, you will provide routine services for a variety of departmental and financial activities.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for assisting and coordinating applicable tasks for the portfolio as directed by the Sr. Property Manager.
**What You’ll Do:**
Collect, organize, and monitor data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Compile and prepare data sets to support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
Ensure all Subtenant contact information and building information is up to date.
Prepare basic reports as needed.
Collect information to assist with the processing of vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables, and contract process.
Provides customer service support to the internal team.
Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
Support the internal team with the timely and efficient onboarding of incumbent staff.
May participate in the Property Management internal audit process. • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Apply established procedures to address routine issues, with limited need for independent judgment.
Perform tasks with clearly defined responsibilities, following detailed instructions and standard methods.
Complete assigned work by adhering to structured processes and under close supervision and direction.
**What You’ll Need:**
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to follow established procedures and standards in daily tasks.
Familiarity with Smartsheet or comparable dashboard tools is preferred.
Effective communication skills for sharing straightforward information.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite required.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive in seeking clarity when needed.
Resourceful and comfortable asking questions to ensure accuracy.
Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts and markups.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
**California Residents:** CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Management Coordinator position is $35.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Property Management Coordinator position is $40.86 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
